If your deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), and you must have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, incorrect game display, or communication failure, all affected bets are void, and wagers are refunded to the Player. nam4d is not liable for any loss of winnings, time, or inconvenience resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
